Primary Care Knowsley proudly joined forces with Home Bargains to sponsor the spectacular “Celebration of Zoe’s Place” concert at the M&S Bank Arena, marking a powerful and emotional chapter in the journey to save and reimagine one of Liverpool’s most cherished children’s hospices.

The event brought together a host of legendary Liverpool musicians including The Zutons, Ian McCulloch, The Real Thing, and Jamie Webster to celebrate the successful citywide campaign to safeguard the future of the West Derby based hospice, now newly renamed Little Lights – Liverpool Baby Hospice.

The concert, attended by thousands, was a vibrant mix of music, community spirit, and shared pride, honouring the incredible public support that raised millions to keep the hospice’s doors open.

Dr Faisal Maassarani, Founding Partner of Primary Care Knowsley, said:

“We are proud to support such a moving and meaningful event. The work of Zoe’s Place, now Little Lights, resonates deeply with all of us who care about the health and wellbeing of the most vulnerable in our communities. This concert was not just about music, it was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we come together to protect what matters most.”

The event also signified a growing partnership between healthcare, business, and community. Home Bargains, a major partner in the concert, played a vital role in both supporting the evening and in the wider campaign that led to the hospice’s survival and rebranding.

Matt Morris, Head of Charity at Home Bargains, added:

“We are honoured to stand alongside Primary Care Knowsley and the people of Liverpool in celebrating Little Lights. Zoe’s Place has touched the lives of so many families over the years. This night was not only a tribute to that legacy but a bold step into its future. The response from the city has been nothing short of inspiring.”

The concert was not only a night of powerful performances and moving stories but also a celebration of Liverpool’s trademark unity, compassion, and resilience. With the support of organisations like Primary Care Knowsley and Home Bargains, Little Lights begins its next chapter with a bright future and a renewed purpose, continuing to offer vital care to babies, children, and families across the region.
